Click the "Add to Slack" button on our homepage, authorize the app for your workspace, and enter your email address. You'll receive your first summary the next morning.
DailyExtract reads messages from public channels where the bot has been invited. To add a channel, invite the DailyExtract bot by typing /invite @DailyExtract in that channel.
Summaries are sent daily at 8:00 AM UTC. They cover all messages from the previous day (midnight to midnight UTC).
Yes. We only temporarily process messages to generate your summary (less than 24 hours). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Currently, you'll need to contact support to change your email. We're working on a self-service settings page.
Email us at support@dailyextract.co.uk and we'll cancel your subscription immediately. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
First, check your spam/junk folder. Then ensure the bot is invited to your channels and verify there were messages yesterday. If you're still not receiving summaries, contact us and we'll investigate.
Yes, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact us if you're not satisfied.
Go to your Slack workspace settings → Manage apps → Find DailyExtract → Click "Remove". Don't forget to cancel your subscription to avoid further charges.
