- Slack Workspace Data: Workspace name, team ID, and bot access tokens required for the app to function
- Message Content: Messages from public channels you authorize us to read, processed to generate your daily digest
- Email Address: The email address where you want to receive your daily digest
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate and deliver your daily AI-powered digest emails
- Process Slack messages to extract decisions, action items, and deadlines
- Improve and optimize our service
- Communicate with you about your account and service updates
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
4. Data Processing and AI
We use OpenAI's GPT models to process your Slack messages and extract relevant information. Message content is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to data processed through their API.
5. Data Retention
We retain your Slack messages only temporarily during digest generation (typically less than 24 hours). Generated digests are stored for 30 days to allow you to review past summaries. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

- Resend: For email delivery
- Vercel: For hosting and infrastructure
